1. What does the registration site?
To register fill out a short statement means entering your name and some information (as required by law in force) which allows us to include among our loyal visitors. Registration has no cost. Please note that the inclusion of false or invalid is prohibited and this will result in the cancellation of registration. Using data of others is a crime punishable by law.

2. What benefits will I have?
As a registered user, you will have the opportunity to access content “extra” devoted to projects of Vox Imago, including interviews, videos, discographies of works and more.

3. What use is made of my personal information?
Your data will be entered into our database and will be used for the receipt of our newsletter. Read our Privacy Policy for further information.

4. If I forget User ID or Password?
Just enter the e-mail address with which you registered: your password will be sent via e-mail.

5. How long is the registration?
Registration has no time limit.

6. Registration is free?
Yes.

7. Why can not I hear the sound files contained on the site?

• The speakers or sound card are not correctly installed.
• Audio files on the DVD are in MP3 format, you must then successfully installed a common MP3 player (such as Windows Media Player, Gom, WinAmp, Real Player, QuickTime Player, VLC).

8. Why can not I read the contents of this webpage?
The texts contained in the DVD exploit the Adobe PDF format, you must then successfully installed a common PDF file reader (such as Acrobat Reader, KPdf).

1. What is the track on the DVD ROM?
ROM track on the disc is used to register on the site and then to access www.voximago.it all video content, audio and text. Registration through the DVD will also have access to video content EXTRA dedicated only to owners of DVD.

2. How do I see the extra content?

• Insert the DVD in your computer, in “Managing Resources” click the icon “Vox_Imago_PC.exe” (for PC users) or in “Computer” the folder “Vox_Imago_MAC.app” (for Apple users).
• After a brief introductory movie navigate the menu, make sure you are connected to Internet and click the button “Register”.
• A window will open in your default browser, click on “Continue” and you will be transported to site www.voximago.it registration page.
• Follow the instructions on the site to register or complete the registration.

On some computers, if set, the track drive may start automatically.

3. Why can not I see the track Rom?

• Track ROM only works with a computer and not with common standalone players.
• The track ROM uses technology “Flash” from Adobe, if not installed on your computer you can download it for free at this address: https://get.adobe.com/it/flashplayer/.
• Minimum requirements to run the application are:
  PC -> cpu: Pentium III, RAM: 512MB, Browser (Explorer 6, Firefox, Opera), OS Windows 2000/XP/VISTA/7.
  APPLE-> cpu:G4, OS: OS 9 and later.

4. Why not start automatically when I insert the disc track ROM?
On some computers, the function of “Autoplay” is disabled so you need to manually start the track ROM, in this case included the DVD on your computer, in “Resources Management” click the icon “Vox_Imago_PC.exe” (for PC users) or in “Computer” the folder “Vox_Imago_MAC.app” (for Apple users).

5. Why can not I hear the sound files contained on the DVD?

Sure, the track drive is compatible with Apple systems and is optimized for OSX version 1.4.7. If you have problems, create a new folder. Copy the “Vox_Imago_MAC” file and the “content” and “media” folders dragging the icons from the “MANON LESCAUT” DVD to the new folder. Then, click on the icon “Vox_Imago_MAC” for displaying all the “ROM Contents”.

8. I can look at the track in my DVD ROM table?
No, the track ROM runs only on a computer.
